Experience
KWG has over 20 years of coaching & consulting experience with an unique combination of progressive organizational development and marketing experience across diverse industries for global and US based companies. As a strategist, Kym has created global leadership programs with a particular emphasis on underrepresented groups to assist in enhancing the careers of high potential (profiles) talent. As an executive coach, Kym partners with her clients to enhance their effectiveness as a leader in achieving business imperatives while respecting the uniqueness of their personal experience.
Kym is also an adjunct lecturer at Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership where she teaches “Breakthrough Coaching” & “Identity and Culture in Leadership Coaching.” These courses provide the tools for aspiring coaches to support ICF credentialing. She is certified in key coaching assessments (The Leadership Circle-360, Hogan-360, HBDI-cognitive diversity, StrengthsFinders) and recently earned her Diploma in Coaching Supervision from London based, CSA - Coach Supervision Academy.
After leading PwC’s US coaching strategy for 8 years, KWG helped to lay the foundation for PwC’s Leadership Coaching Center of Excellence. Kym was charged with the development of its internal coaching team of 28 executive coaches; in addition to coaching and developing key global talent and US leaders across the firm. KWG now serves as global strategist and leadership coach within leadership development & diversity, equity and inclusion focusing on executive development.
